    City of Ocean Springs Continues to Improve Lighting throughout the City   3/24/2016

    At their meeting on March 15, the Board of Aldermen voted to accept Mississippi Power’s Lighting Proposal for various streets in the City. The upgraded outdoor LED lighting will provide a clean, uniform, white colored light for city streets.

    Ocean Springs Small Craft Harbor Now Open   3/23/2016

    Ocean Springs, MS — The Ocean Springs Small Craft Harbor boat launch is open for recreational use. Motorists, pedestrians and cyclists are encouraged to continue to use caution in this area, as elements of the project are still underway. Please respect any barricades and traffic control devices around the harbor area, including the Harbor Master’s House.

    Ocean Springs Police Department Earns Re-Accreditation   2/24/2016

    Ocean Springs, MS — Ocean Springs Police Department (OSPD) has met the requirements ofthe Mississippi Law Enforcement Accreditation Program. The Mississippi Law Enforcement Accreditation Commissioners unanimously approved OSPD for three years of Mississippi State Re-Accreditation at their February 17, 2016 commission meeting.

    City of Ocean Springs Closes Offices Due to Severe Weather   2/23/2016

    Ocean Springs, MS — Due to the expected severe weather, the City of Ocean Springs will close its City offices at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Parks and Leisure Services has also canceled their After School Program today.
