Youth Council Learns History Lesson
Ocean Springs, MS – The City of Ocean Springs Mayor’s Youth Council recently met at City Hall to learn the importance of voting. Marie Starr, Deputy Tax Collector, also discussed the historic struggle for women and minorities in winning the right to vote.
