Unofficial Election Results Determine That Bobby Cox Will Be

Ocean Springs, MS: The unofficial election results have determined that Bobby Cox will be the new Alderman At Large for the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi. The special election was held February 7, 2012 to fill the seat of Troy Ross, who was elected District 4 Supervisor for Jackson County. Mr. Cox will finish the current term, which will end in June of 2013.
Approximately 2,000 votes were cast in the election, with Bobby Cox receiving 63%, and Melanie Allen receiving 37%.
