Week in Review, August 24 – 28
- During the week of August 24 – 28, ValleyCrest Construction and Compton Engineering began construction preparation at the Depot Parking Lot by planning signage for affected areas, coordinating the blocking of the two parking lot entrances off Washington Avenue, placing of material and equipment, and planning for the survey of the affected lot. Parking on Robinson near Bay View Gourmet will be limited. Please plan accordingly.
Tentative Plans for August 31 – September 4
- Begin computerized survey reference points for demolition of authorized structures on Depot Parking Lot. To accomodate the removal of asphalt and provide temporary access to the parking lot for the tenants not affected by the demolition, a temporary driveway will be placed on Robinson near Bay View Gourmet.
- Approximately two days are required for asphalt removal. Following, preparation plans will begin for the placement of underground electrical connections and irrigation pipes.
