City of Ocean Springs Issues Guidelines for Accepting Oil Spill Related Donations
Ocean Springs, MS - Vendors of cleaning supplies and/or equipment who would like to donate oil spill related supplies to the City of Ocean Springs must submit a letter on company letterhead stating the supplies and/or equipment being donated to the city, including the donation of all transportation costs to Mr. Andre’ Kaufman, Director, City of Ocean Springs Public Works Department, P. O. Box 1800, Ocean Springs, MS 39566. Prior to any shipments, vendors must call Mr. Kaufman at 228-875-3955.
“Pre-approval of the product and terms of the donation are important as it must be submitted at no cost to the City,” said Andre’ Kaufman, Director of Public Works.
