Welcome to Ocean Springs Municipal Court website. Here, we will provide you with information regarding location, hours of operation, programs, payments, and ticket prices.
Location:

Hours of Operation:
The court office is open during normal business hours, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., (excluding holidays) except Wednesday. The office will close at 3:00 p.m. on this day.
The Ocean Springs Municipal Court begins at 4:00 p.m. every Wednesday (excluding holiday weeks.) You must be present at that time to avoid delay in your case or a warrant being issued for you arrest. All trials are scheduled for 5:00 p.m. If you are subpoenaed for a case you are expected to be present in the court room at 5:00 p.m.
Driving Class:
Juvenile Driving Class: It is available to those who are under the age of 21 and have only had one ticket. You must bring your parent or guardian with you to court. A class will be assigned to you along with the price and location on your court date. Please be prepared to schedule your class at that time.
- No changesin your class date will take place after your court date.
Adult Driving Class:
It is available to those who are over the age of 21. The stipulations that qualify you for this class are that you must pay the price of the ticket and an additional fee of $10.00 to the State of Mississippi. The class date and time will be assigned to you at that time.

Payments:
Payments can be made in person, by mail or on the internet. If you pay in person you must pay with a money order, VISA, MASTERCARD, or cash; Please be sure to have exact change.
If you send your payment in the mail you must pay by MONEY ORDER. Please make sure all money orders are made payable to The City of Ocean Springs.
