MAYOR AND BOARD OF ALDERMEN
CITY OF OCEAN SPRINGS

SPECIAL CALL MEETING NOVEMBER 17, 2009

Be it remembered that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Ocean Springs met in a Special Call Meeting at City Hall in the City of Ocean Springs at 5:00 p.m. on November 17, 2009. Mayor Moran presiding, Aldermen Gill, Cody, Ross, Denyer, and Dalgo were present. Also present were City Attorney John Edwards and City Clerk Shelly Ferguson. Alderman McDonnell and Alderman Hagan were absent.

Mayor Moran called the meeting to order.

The Special Call Meeting is for the purpose of any and all matters pertaining to Executive Session regarding potential litigation.

Motion was made by Alderman Gill, seconded by Alderman Dalgo and unanimously carried to go into closed session to determine the necessity of going into executive session.

The City Clerk returned to the meeting and announced that a motion was made by Alderman Cody, seconded by Alderman Dalgo and unanimously carried to remain in executive session to discuss potential litigation regarding the corporate boundaries of the City of Ocean Springs.

Alderman Hagan arrives at 5:30 p.m.

Alderman McDonnell arrives at 5:35 p.m.

Motion was made by Alderman Hagan, seconded by Alderman Gill and unanimously carried to come out of executive session and return to special call.

Motion was made by Alderman Hagan, seconded by Alderman Dalgo and unanimously carried to adjourn the special call meeting.
