MAYOR AND BOARD OF ALDERMEN
CITY OF OCEAN SPRINGS
SPECIAL CALL MEETING JUNE 2, 2008
Be it remembered that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Ocean Springs met in a Special Call Meeting at City Hall in the City of Ocean Springs at 6:00 p.m. on June 2, 2008. Mayor Moran presiding, Aldermen McDonnell, Denyer, Weaver, Dalgo and Hagan were present. Also present was City Clerk Shelly Ferguson. Aldermen Gill and Lloyd were absent.
Mayor Moran called the meeting to order.
Alderman Gill arrives at the meeting at 6:05 p.m.
The Special Call Meeting is for the purpose of any and all matters pertaining to $15 Million Bond Issue with Mississippi Development Bank regarding 2% Food and Beverage Tax – Demery Grubbs.
Motion was made by Alderman Hagan, seconded by Alderman Gill and unanimously carried to proceed with the $14,250,000.00 Bond Issue with the Mississippi Development Bank.
Motion was made by Alderman McDonnell, seconded by Alderman Hagan and unanimously carried to adjourn the special call meeting.
