MAYOR AND BOARD OF ALDERMEN
CITY OF OCEAN SPRINGS
SPECIAL CALL MEETING JANUARY 9, 2008
Be it remembered that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Ocean Springs met in a Special Call Meeting at City Hall in the City of Ocean Springs at 7:45 a.m. on January 9, 2008. Mayor Moran presiding, Aldermen Gill, McDonnell, Weaver, and Denyer were present. Also present was City Clerk Shelly Ferguson. Aldermen Lloyd, Dalgo and Hagan were absent.
Mayor Moran called the meeting to order.
The Special Call Meeting is the purpose of any and all matters pertaining to the authorization of $1,000 bronze sponsorship for Senator Trent Lott Appreciation Day on February 6, 2008, and amend budget accordingly and to change date of recess meeting from January 15, 2008, to January 16, 2008.
Motion was made by Alderman Denyer, seconded by Alderman Gill and unanimously carried to authorize $1,000 bronze sponsorship for Senator Trent Lott Appreciation Day on February 6, 2008, and amend budget accordingly.
Motion was made by Alderman Weaver, seconded by Alderman Denyer and unanimously carried to change the recess meeting from January 15, 2008, to January 16, 2008.
Motion was made by Alderman McDonnell, seconded by Alderman Gill and unanimously carried to adjourn the special call meeting.
