MAYOR AND BOARD OF ALDERMEN
CITY OF OCEAN SPRINGS
SPECIAL CALL MEETING JANUARY 12, 2009
Be it remembered that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Ocean Springs met in a Special Call Meeting at the Mary C. O’Keefe Cultural Center in the City of Ocean Springs at 5:25 p.m. on January 12, 2009. The Mayor presiding, Aldermen Gill, Lloyd, Weaver, Denyer, Dalgo and Hagan were present. Also present was City Clerk Shelly Ferguson and City Attorney John Edwards. Aldermen McDonnell was absent.
The Mayor called the meeting to order.
The Special Call Meeting is for the purpose of any and all matters pertaining to changing the recess meeting of January 12, 2009, from Ocean Springs City Hall to the Mary C. O’Keefe Cultural Center.
Motion was made by Alderman Dalgo, seconded by Alderman Hagan and unanimously carried to change the recess meeting of January 12, 2009, from Ocean Springs City Hall to the Mary C. O’Keefe Cultural Center.
Motion was made by Alderman Dalgo, seconded by Alderman Hagan and unanimously carried to adjourn the special call meeting.
