MAYOR AND BOARD OF ALDERMEN
CITY OF OCEAN SPRINGS
SPECIAL CALL MEETING AUGUST 14, 2007
Be it remembered that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Ocean Springs met in a Special Call Meeting at City Hall in the City of Ocean Springs at 5:30 p.m. on August 14, 2007. Mayor Moran presiding, Aldermen Gill, McDonnell, Lloyd, Weaver, Dalgo and Denyer were present. Also present was City Clerk Adrienne Howell. Alderman Hagan was absent.
Mayor Moran called the meeting to order.
The Special Call Meeting is for the purpose of any and all matters pertaining to authorizing finalization and issuance of check for the refinancing of the $2,000,000.00 Hurricane Katrina loan and budget amendments.
Motion was made by Alderman Gill, seconded by Alderman Dalgo and unanimously carried to authorize the finalization and issuance of check for the refinancing of the $2,000,000.00 Hurricane Katrina loan (Exhibit 1).
Motion was made by Alderman Dalgo, seconded by Alderman Gill and unanimously carried to adopt the budget amendments (Exhibit 2).
Motion was made by Alderman Denyer, seconded by Alderman Gill and unanimously carried to adjourn the special call meeting.
