The Mayor and Board of Aldermen called an official meeting to discuss preparations for Hurricane Nate.
The City has issued a mandatory curfew beginning at 7:00 pm tonight through 7:00 am tomorrow morning. We ask that you please stay off the roadways in order to preserve your safety and that of our first responders.
A handicap accessible bus is available to transport any residents needing assistance to local shelters. Residents with questions/concerns can contact the Emergency Operations Center at:
It is recommended that everyone stay off of the roads as much as possible and stay in sturdy shelters.

Government Street at Davis Bayou Bridge
Eagle Nest Road
Eagle Point Road
East Beach Drive
Forest Hill Drive
Front Beach Drive
Halstead Road at the Bridge
Research Lab Road at East Beach Drive
Hanshaw Road at the Bridge
Government Street at Heron Bayou Bridge
US Hwy 90 at Bienville Blvd. & MS 609 (Washington Ave)
Holcomb Road at the Bridge
Kensington Street at the Bridge
Rayburn Avenue & De Soto Street
