    e)     Approve the Run/Walk Permit Application for the Wesson YMCA 2 Mile Run/Walk on Wednesday, July 4, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.; $200.00 cost for traffic control to be paid by the event organizer (Exhibit 6-e)

    f)      Approve Run/Walk Permit Application for a Walk for Mental Awareness sponsored by NAMI – Mississippi on Saturday, October 13, 2018, from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on the  Ocean Springs Bridge and Front Beach Pathway; no costs incurred by the City (Exhibit 6-f)

    g)     Approve Run/Walk Permit Application for a 5K Run/Walk and 1 mile kids run in memory of Sean Cooley sponsored by Sean M. Cooley Citizen Soldier Nursing Scholarship Inc. on Saturday, November 10, 2018, from 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on the  Ocean Springs Bridge and Front Beach Pathway; no costs incurred by the City (Exhibit 6-g)

    h)     Approve Run/Walk Permit Application for a Krewe of Bonne Vivantes 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Children’s Run on Saturday, August 25, 2018, 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on the  Ocean Springs Bridge and Front Beach Pathway to begin and end at Fort Maurepas; $200.00 for security at Fort Maurepas to be paid by the event organizer (Exhibit 6-h)

    i)       Approve Run/Walk Permit Application for the Kroc & Roll 5K/10K Sunset Race on Saturday, July 14, 2018, 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.; the race will begin at the Golden Nugget, cross the bridge and onto the road on Front Beach to Washington Avenue and back across the bridge; $300.00 for traffic control to be paid by the event organizer (Exhibit 6-i)

    j)       Ratify check to the Mississippi State Department of Health in the amount of $50.00 for fingerprint card for temporary custodian Rita Johnson (Exhibit 6-j)

    k)     Ratify check to the Mississippi State Department of Health in the amount of $50.00 for fingerprint card for part-time employee Cameron Keys (Exhibit 6-k)

    l)       Ratify check to the Mississippi State Department of Health in the amount of $50.00 for fingerprint card for full time employee Demaurio Preyear (Exhibit 6-l)

    m)   Ratify check to the Mississippi State Department of Health in the amount of $50.00 for fingerprint card for full time employee Brian Parker (Exhibit 6-m)

    Police Department:

    n)      Authorize to remove Patrolman Avery Farish from probationary status to full-time status, effective immediately (Exhibit 6-n)

    o)      Accept resignation of Detective Sergeant Terry Hines effective July 27, 2018; authorize to fill the Sergeant position by promotion of a Patrolman from the current Civil Service list; authorize to hire a new Patrolman to fill the subsequent vacancy (Exhibit 6-o)

    p)      Authorize to promote Patrolman Jonathan Carroll from Patrolman to Sergeant; $19.49 hourly rate; effective July 14, 2018; six month probationary period; authorize to begin the process to fill the vacant Patrolman position (Exhibit 6-p)

    q)      Accept resignation of Corrections Officer Michael Handler effective July 6, 2018; authorize to begin the process or filling the vacant position (Exhibit 6-q)

    r)       Authorize to remove Kathryn Johnson, Human Resources Assistant from probationary status to full time status effective July 6, 2018 (Exhibit 6-r)

    s)       Authorize to advertise for bids for the Cured In Place (CIPP) Lining Sewer Rehabilitation 2018 based on specifications provided by Compton Engineering (Exhibit 6-s)

    t)       Accept resignation of  Justin Gibbs effective July 20, 2018; authorize to begin the process of filling the vacant Street Department Equipment Operator position (Exhibit 6-t)

    u)      Authorize to hire Guiseppe Cigiola, Street Department Laborer Class C effective July 14, 2018; $12.00 hourly rate; one year probationary period pending successful completion of all pre-employment requirements (Exhibit 6-u)
