    e)     Approve Run/Walk Permit Application for a Fun Run/Walk with family and fun activities sponsored by The Cure Starts Now at Fort Maurepas to raise research funds for pediatric brain cancer sponsored by The Cure Starts Now scheduled for Sunday, March 25, 2018 at 1:00 to 6:00 p.m.; no costs incurred by the City (Exhibit 7-e)

    f)       Authorize to approve the contract with Uniti Fiber for the phone and internet replacement system (Exhibit 7-f)

    g)     Authorize to approve the contract with Kloud7 for the phone and internet replacement system (Exhibit 7-g)

    h)     Designate Shelly Ferguson, City Clerk, as Applicant Agent for Hurricane Nate (Exhibit 7-h)

    Police Department:

    i)       Authorize out-of-state travel for Patrolman Lionel Cothern, Jr. and Patrolman Len Nobles to attend professional training in Stapleton, Alabama on June 13-14, 2018 as budgeted (Exhibit 7-i)

    u)      Approve the Facility Use Agreement with the Dream Program, Inc. for the use of Gay Lemon Softball Fields, Gay Lemon Football Field, and the Highway 57 Sports Complex from April 10, 2018 through December 2, 2018 (Exhibit 7-u)

    v)      Authorize to reduce the rental fee of the Parks & Recreation Building from $300.00 per rental to $225.00; all other rules per the rental agreement remain in effect (Exhibit 7-v)
