         a) Adopt Resolution of the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi to Adopt Increased Solid Waste Fees (Exhibit 5-a)
         b) Authorize the Mayor to execute the City of Ocean Springs Contract for Solid Waste Services with Waste Pro of Mississippi, Inc. (Exhibit 5-b)
         c) Authorize the Mayor to execute Land Lease Agreement and Memorandum of Lease for AT&T Police Station Cell Tower (Exhibit 5-c)
         d) Adopt Resolution of the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi to Accept Vehicle from Jackson County (Exhibit 5-d)
         e) Authorize the Mayor to execute the lease renewal with Acadian Ambulance Service, Inc. for 1491 Deena Road (Exhibit 5-e)

    6. NEW BUSINESS
         a) Discussion to appoint Alexander, Van Loon, Sloan, Levens, Favre, PLLC (AVL) as the City Auditor for FY 17-18 (Exhibit 6-a)
         b) Authorize the Mayor to execute Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Ocean Springs and the Feral Feline Coalition of Ocean Springs (FFC) regarding the trapping and releasing of feral cats at Fort Maurepas (Exhibit 6-b)
         c) Authorize tree removal in easement adjacent to 125 and 129 Holcomb Blvd. (Exhibit 6-c)
         d) Appeal of Planning Commission Denial of The Sands Townhouse Development Sketch Plat (Appeal - Exhibit 6-d) (Planning Commission – Exhibit 6-d1)

    7. CONSENT AGENDA*
    * Consent Agenda – All matters listed under Item 7, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be enacted by one motion.  There will not be separate discussion of these items.  If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

         a) Authorize the Mayor to sign Scope of Engagement letter with Butler/Snow to retain as counsel and agent for continuing disclosure of bond requirements (Exhibit 7-a)
         b) Approve Special Event Permit Application for Budweiser Clydesdale Parade sponsored by Budweiser and the City of Ocean Springs on Sunday, February 10, 2019; the parade will begin at 2:00 p.m. at OSYC and ending at the Mary C. O’Keefe Cultural Center; rolling road barricades needed at cross streets. Set up at 1:00 p.m. and teardown at 5:00 p.m.; No cost incurred by the city. (Exhibit 7-b)
         c) Approve Special Event Permit Application for the Elks Ocean Springs Mardi Gras Day Parade on Saturday, February 16, 2019, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.; set-up at 9:00 a.m. and tear down at 4:00 p.m.; the parade is to follow the approved parade route -Start at OSYC and end at Holcomb Blvd; No cost incurred by the city (Exhibit 7-c)
         d) Approve Special Event Permit Application for the Krewe Unique Mardi Gras Day Parade on Saturday, February 16, 2019, Starting at 2:00 p.m. directly following Elks Parade, with set-up at 8:30 a.m. and tear down at 4:00 p.m.; the parade is to follow the approved parade route -Start at OSYC and end at Holcomb Blvd.; No cost incurred by the city (Exhibit 7-d)
         e) Approve Special Event Permit Application for the Ocean Springs Carnival Association’s Mardi Gras Night Parade on Friday, March 1, 2019, from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. with set-up at 5:00 p.m..; the parade is to follow the approved parade route -Start at OSYC and end at Holcomb Blvd; No cost incurred by the city (Exhibit 7-e)
         f) Approve Special Event Permit Application for the 26th Annual Spring Arts, Herb, and Garden Festival sponsored by the Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 9:00 am thru Sunday, March 24, 2019 at 4:00 pm; Location: L & N Depot Parking lot and Washington Avenue from railroad tracks to Porter Avenue; Setup at 6:00 a.m. March 23rd and tear down at 4:00 p.m. March 24th; Authorize road closure on Washington Avenue from railroad tracks to Porter Avenue; $900.00 cost incurred for overnight police security (Exhibit 7-f)                                                                
         g) Approve Run/Walk Permit Application for Tunnel to Towers 5K Biloxi scheduled for Saturday  September 14, 2019 from 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m., Start at OS Harbor, across bridge, ending at Margaritaville; no cost incurred by the City (Exhibit 7-g)
         h) Accept Temporary Dedication of Land for Public Use at 1515 Government Street for Mardi Gras Parades (Exhibit 7-h)
         i) Approve Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Ocean Springs School District and the City of Ocean Springs for the use of the Porter Avenue Playground formerly known as Parcel 3 and PIN 60130760.000 (Exhibit 7-i)
