    b)      Approve the Special Event Permit Application for the National Day of Prayer to be held in front of City Hall on Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.; authorize the use of tent, chairs, podium with microphone, and street closure in front of City Hall from 12:00 – 1:00 pm (Exhibit 6-b)

    c)      Ratify the First Amendment to the Amended and Restated Resolution Authorizing and Directing the Issuance of a General Obligation Note to Provide Funds to Pay the Costs of Purchasing Computer Hardware and the Sale and Issuance of the Note; Prescribing the Form and Incidents of Said Note and Making Provision for the Security and Payment Thereof; Awarding the Sale of the Note; and Making Provision for Maintaining the Tax-Exempt Status of the Note (Exhibit 6-c)

    d)      Authorize to rehire Patrolman Nick Sweeney; $16.50 hourly rate; effective February 24, 2018; one year probationary period pending successful completion of all pre-employment requirements; authorize (Exhibit 6-d)

    c)     Discuss waiving the rental fees for The Lift As We Climb Coalition the use of the Ocean Springs Civic Center on April 7, 2018 to host an Inaugural Autism Community Outreach Program (Exhibit 7-c)
