          a) Authorize the change of date for March Regular Meeting due to Mardi Gras holiday pursuant to 21-319 of the Mississippi Code from Tuesday, March 5th to Wednesday, March 6th 
         a) Authorize City Clerk to obtain bids for the Water, Sewer and Storm Sewer Rehabilitation Program Contract for a two year term based on specifications to be provided by Compton Engineering and approved by Public Works.  (Exhibit 6-a)
         b)  Discussion of Contributing up to $3,125 to the 2019 Household Hazardous Waste Day Event (HHWD) and provide at least four representatives to work the 6-hour event per the Jackson County Board of Supervisors Solid Waste Department (Exhibit 6-b)

         c) Approve Special Event Permit Application for St. Paddy’s Day Celebration sponsored by OS Chamber and the City of Ocean Springs on Saturday, March 16, 2019; the event will begin at 9:00 a.m. and ending at 11:00 p.m.; Government Street Closure from Washington Avenue to Russell Avenue from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p. m.; No cost incurred by the city.
