    a)       Authorize to approve the Ordinance Modification to extend the approved Porter Avenue A&E district as described in the attached document - Ordinance 2016-06 which Established Leisure and Recreation Districts Within the Corporate Boundaries of the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, and Designate the Geographic Areas Included Within and Boundaries of Said Districts; and for Related Purposes – (Exhibit 4-a)

    b)       Discuss proposal from Mississippi Power for the first phase of outdoor LED conversion in Ward 3 – Chic Cody (Exhibit 4-b)

    5.      OLD BUSINESS

    a)       Approve clarification of Buffer Review for Non-Objection Requirement for of Ordinance 2017-03 Provisions for a Bed & Breakfast Enterprise in R-1 Zone after Public Hearing (Exhibit 5-a)

    b)       Authorize lifting the moratorium for Bed & Breakfast Applications in conjunction with the established effective date of the new ordinance (Exhibit 5-b)

    6.      PUBLIC COMMENT: The public is invited to address the Board for up to 3 minutes.  The Board will take all comments under advisement for potential action at a later date if warranted.

    f)       Authorize to hire a temporary employee, Anita Delius, for the Deputy Court Clerk position; $12.00 hourly rate; effective Thursday, April 4, 2017 – (Exhibit 7-f)
