           a) Adopt An Amendment to Code of Ordinances, The City of Ocean Springs, MS Prohibiting Parking or Standing Vehicles on Portions of Lafayette Circle (Exhibit 4-a)
           b) Authorize the Mayor to Execute the General Obligation Loan Contract with Community Bank for $109,000.00 with an interest rate of 2.89% to be repaid monthly for a period of 3 years. (Exhibit 4-b)
     
    5. NEW BUSINESS
           a) Discussion of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Consulting Services in the event of a Natural Disaster – Michael Dorris, Jr.
           b) Discussion of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Debris Removal Monitoring Service in the event of a Natural Disaster – Brooks Wallace

           b) Approve Special Event Permit Application for 1699 Weekend of Discovery; Scheduled for Friday, April 26, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, April 27, 2019 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.; at Beach at Fort Maurepas; Requires 2 Police Officers. (Exhibit 6-b)
           c) Approve Run/Walk Permit Application for 1699 Race of Discovery 5k  and Kids 1 Mile Fun Run; scheduled for Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., at Beach at Fort Maurepas; No Requirements; No cost incurred by the City (Exhibit 6-c)
           d) Approve Special Event Permit Application for Billfish Tournament; Scheduled for Thursday, June 6, 2019; at Government Street from Washington Avenue to Russell Avenue; Starting at 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.; Requires 4 Police Officers (Exhibit 6-d)
