a) Authorize Mayor to execute Change Order for Fort Maurepas Park for the following: 1) credit in the amount of $3,052 for pavilion floor stain; 2) to revise wall in observation area to tongue and groove siding in the amount of $575, funding source is CDBG and 3) to install water reuse tank for splash pad in the amount of $41,395, funding sources are FEMA, Katrina donations and tidelands funds (Exhibit 7-a)
b) Adopt Resolution of the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, to Temporarily Allow Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages on Public Property for the Duration of Cruisin’ the Coast (Exhibit 7-b)
c) Adopt Resolution of the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, to Temporarily Allow Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages on Public Property for the Duration of Fort Maurepas Park Opening (Exhibit 7-c)
d) Authorize Mayor to execute and present an offer to the property owner to begin acquisition of 101 Shearwater Drive for the MEMA Hazardous Mitigation Grant Project (Exhibit 7-d)
e) Approve Partnership Agreement with the U.S. Census Bureau for the 2010 Census at no cost to the City and to designate Johnnie Bernhard as the point of contact to encourage public participation (Exhibit 7-e)
f) Authorize Mayor to execute Agreement with Land Trust for the Mississippi Coastal Plain to place markers at the Old Fort Bayou Blueways near Evergreen Cemetery and Bristol Boulevard boat ramp (Exhibit 7-f)
