a) Authorize Mayor to execute Contract Amendment No. 2 with Mississippi Power Company (MPC) for the Streetscape Project, funded by CDBG Round 1, pending legal approval (Exhibit 7-a)
b) Authorize to award bid to Coleman Hammons Construction Co. for sidewalk construction on Front Beach and authorize the Mayor to execute Contract and Notice to Proceed pending legal approval (Exhibit 7-b)
c) Authorize to advertise for construction of the Public Safety Center (Exhibit 7-c)
d) Approve Change Orders for Fort Maurepas Park for addition of electrical wire for splash pad controller; addition of electrical wire for pavilion door timers; add tank for splash tank water reuse system and add concrete curb on pavilion sidewalk to reduce erosion problems (Exhibit 7-d)
