The City will purchase the property a closing on Thursday, May 7th, at 10:00 a.m. for $1.2 million funded by a Community Development Block Grant (Exhibit 5-d)

b) Consideration to reallocate a contingency in the amount of $20,000.00 for Alice Street Tennis Court Project from 2% Tax Levy (Exhibit 6-b)
c) Discussion of dogs in Evergreen Cemetery
d) Presentation of gifts to Mayor and Board of Aldermen on behalf of the Ocean Springs Museum of History fund raising event – Betty Magee (Exhibit 6-d)

a) Authorize Mayor to execute Change Order No. 3 for Chester M. McPherson, Jr. Pier, total less than the original contract (Exhibit 8-a)
b) Accept grant funding for economic stimulus funding for East Beach Drive (Exhibit 8-b)
c) Adopt Resolution authorizing Mayor of the City of Ocean Springs to Establish Just Compensation and Sign Certification for CDBG Round 1 – Streetscape Project to provide off-street public parking (Exhibit 8-c)
