2. Adopt Resolution authorizing an Amendment to an Administrative Services Agreement for Professional Services with Jimmy G. Gouras in connection with Katrina Supplemental CDBG Program and for related purposes and authorize Mayor to execute amended contract pending legal review (Exhibit 5-b)
3. Authorize Mayor to execute Change Order No. 1 for Fort Maurepas Park (Exhibit 5-c)
4. Authorize removal of Geri Straight, Parks and Leisure Services Director, from probationary status and place on full-time status effective March 9, 2009 (Exhibit 5-d)

   1. Earth Day Community Picnic, Little Children’s Park, April 18, 2009, 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
