b) Authorize Mayor to execute Agreement and Stipulations between the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, and the City of Gautier, Mississippi regarding Annexation (Exhibit 8-b)
c) Authorize the Mayor to execute CDBG funded Contract Amendment with Jimmy Gouras, Urban Planning Consultants, Inc. for the construction phase of the Public Safety Center, pending legal and CDBG approval (Exhibit 8-c)
