a) Authorize the Mayor to execute Change Order #4 for CDBG/DEQ Disaster Recovery Project W21 (water project) in the amount of $24,500.00 and Change Order #5 for CDBG/DEQ Disaster Recovery Project S24 (sewer project) in the amount of $2,500.00 (Exhibit 8-a)
b) Authorize Mayor to execute Agreement and Stipulations between the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, and the City of Gautier, Mississippi regarding Annexation (Exhibit 8-b)
c) Authorize the Mayor to execute CDBG funded Contract Amendment with Jimmy Gouras, Urban Planning Consultants, Inc. for the construction phase of the Public Safety Center, pending legal and CDBG approval (Exhibit 8-c)
d) Accept donation of $2,000.00 from HOSA for the Pierre LeMoyne Sieur d’Iberville bronze sculpture at the Fort Maurepas Park (Exhibit 8-d)
e) Authorize to advertise the purchase of the lighting equipment for Front Beach Sidewalk Project – CDBG Round III (Exhibit 8-e)
f) Authorize the Mayor to execute Change Order #6 for Front Beach Sidewalk Project for a decrease in the amount of $4,200.00 – CDBG Round III (Exhibit 8-f)

s) Authorize the LIFT Bible Crusade College and Seminary, Inc. and the Gulf Coast Theological Seminary to set up a 30’X60’ tent and three (3) crosses at Martin Luther King Park from March 31st thru April 5th every evening from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Easter Sunrise Services at 6 a.m. (Exhibit 8-s)
