a) Update on current plan at Highway 57 ballfields – Mr. Joey Furr
5. CONSENT AGENDA
*Consent Agenda – All matters under Item 5, Consent Agenda, are considered to be routine by the Board of Aldermen and will be enacted by one motion. There will not be separate discussions of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.
Police:
a) Approve Special Event Permit for Ocean Springs “Happy Hour” Event for Thursday, June 10, 2010, held in connection with the USTA League Tennis Adult Championships (Exhibit 5-a)
Parks & Leisure Services Dept.:
b) Authorize Mayor to execute Addendum to J&M Displays, Inc. Agreement with the City of Ocean Springs regarding cancellation fee schedule due to oil spill in the gulf (Exhibit 5-b)
Public Works:
c) Approve CES to video and clean drainage lines throughout the City in an amount up to $50,000.00
