5. Authorize Mayor to send request for harbor drive improvements (Exhibit 4)
6. Accept resignation of Patrolman Bryan Wallace effective July 6, 2009, and authorize to begin the process to fill the vacancy (Exhibit 6)
7. Information Item: Report by Chief Cothern to raise public awareness regarding beach rules
8. Information Item: Reallocation of FY2009 Tidelands Trust Funds (Exhibit 8)
9. PUBLIC COMMENT: The public is invited to address the Board for up to 3 minutes. The Board will take all comments under advisement for potential action at a later date if warranted.
