a) Authorize Mayor to execute Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) entered into by Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT), City of Ocean Springs and Jackson County Board of Supervisors for Ocean Springs Road Construction Agreement for alignment to Highway 90 (Exhibit 7-a)
b) Authorize Mayor to execute following Change Orders for Fort Maurepas Park: 1) Rebar and wire mesh in concrete steps, playground structure foundation and splash pad foundation, funding source FEMA, cost to be provided at meeting; substitute 4 Naval Services bollards for ten pipe bollards at the Seaman’s Memorial, no cost change order and additional glulam beans for ceiling fan attachment, Katrina CDBG Program for cost of $816.00 (Exhibit 7-b)
c) Award bid to Valleycrest Landscape Development in the amount of $1,315,195.00 for CDBG –funded Streetscape Project on Washington Avenue and Government Street and authorize to prepare Contract for Board approval (Exhibit 7-c)
d) Authorize Mayor to execute Change Order No. 2 for additional silt fencing at the Public Safety Center site for increase of $2,530.00 funded by currently budgeted 2% tax levy funds (Exhibit 7-d)
