c)        Authorize Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $2,290.36 for work performed to allow installation of the room a/c duct without interfering with an existing sprinkler main serving the remainder of the building for the Culinary Arts Room at the Mary C. O’Keefe Cultural Center (Exhibit 7-c)

s)        Authorize removal of Murville Alleman, Tree Arborist, from six-month probationary status and place on full-time status, effective August 5, 2009 (Exhibit 7-s)

t)         Authorize employment of John Terry, Maintenance Worker, at hourly rate of $10.72 with six-month probationary period, pending successful completion of all pre-employment requirements (Exhibit 7-t)

u)       Authorize appointment of Mike Fondren as Judge Pro Tem for a particular cause to avoid potential conflicts of interest
