b) Authorize Mayor to execute Change Order #1 in the amount of $9,150.00 for Mary C. O’Keefe Cultural Center Exterior Package, funded by CDBG Round III (Exhibit 7-b)
c) Authorize payment to Joe Gill Consulting, LLC: $793.75 for lobbying services and fees (Exhibit 7-c)
d) Authorize Mayor to execute contract with Brown & Mitchell, Inc. for engineering services related to this property of Front Beach Sidewalk Lighting project, funded by MDOT Emergency Relief (Exhibit 7-d)
e) Authorize Mayor to execute Contract Amendment No. 3 with Brown & Mitchell for Front Beach Sidewalk Project/CDBG Round III, pending legal approval and MDA (Exhibit 7-e)
