i) Authorize payment to Joe Gill Consulting, LLC: $3,357.50 for lobbying services and fees (Exhibit 6-i)

j) Authorize the Mayor to execute Change Order #6 for Downtown Streetscape Project – CDBG Round 1 to extend the deadline for substantial completion to April 23, 1010 per the Engineers recommendation (Exhibit 6-j)
