You are hereby notified that a Special Call Meeting is called to meet at Ocean Springs City Hall at 8:00 a.m. on September 30, 2008.
THE OBJECT OF THE MEETING IS AS FOLLOWS:
Any and all matters pertaining to:
a) Approve Budget Amendments (Exhibit a)
b) Approve payment: Docket of Claims and spread upon the minutes (Exhibit b)
c) Authorize Special Event Permit for Sunset Bridge Walks (Exhibit c)
d) Ratify Resolution of the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi to Temporarily Allow Consumption of Beverages on Public Property for the Duration of Cruisin’ the Coast 2008 (Exhibit d)
e) Authorization to participate in Reach Housing Scholarship Program (Exhibit e)
