j) Authorize promotion of Crispus Medley to Fire Battalion Chief, annual salary $43,000.00, probation six months, effective November 21, 2007 and authorize beginning the process to fill the vacancy (Exhibit 7-j)
k) Authorize removal of Fire Inspector Wayne Schwartz from probationary status and placement on full time status (Exhibit 7-k)
l) Authorize removal of Firefighter Brian Dawkins from probationary status and promotion to Firefighter II, annual salary $31,000.00, effective December 19, 2007 (Exhibit 7-l)
m) Authorize promotion of Firefighter Shawn Lopes to Fire Lieutenant, annual salary $36,500.00, probation six months, effective November 21, 2007 and authorize beginning the process to fill the vacancy (Exhibit 7-m)
