- h) Accept promotion of Glen Fox to Sergeant, effective November 18, 2009, annual salary $39,748.80, with a six-month probationary period, and begin the process to fill the vacancy of the patrolman position (Exhibit 7-h)
- i) Authorize listed vehicles to be declared surplus property, of no value to the city, and authorize to be sent to auction (Exhibit 7-i)

- j) Authorize Training Officer David Wicker to be placed on full time status having completed six month probationary period (Exhibit 7-j)

- n) Accept Code Enforcement Report for October, 2009 (Exhibit 7-n)

- p) Authorize employment of Gregory Trala, Code Enforcement Officer, annual salary $35,000.00, effective November 30, 2009, six-month probationary period, pending successful completion of all pre-employment requirements (Exhibit 7-p)
- Planning Commission:
- q) Accept Planning Commissions recommendation to approve final plat for Heron Park, located at the SE corner of Zettel and Pabst Rd. (Exhibit 7-q)
