Mayor:
a)  Authorize extension of lease with General Services Administration for the FEMA Emergency Shelter site through August 15, 2007 with the provision that the lessee provide security at all times   (Exhibit 4-a)
b)  Approve City of Ocean Springs FEMA Trailer Extension Policy (Exhibit 4-b)

c)   Approve payment of Mentor Sponsorship Ticket in the amount of $500.00 to the Boys and Girls Club Steak and Steak Annual Dinner and Silent Auction (Exhibit 4-c)

d)  Authorize Budget Amendments (Exhibit 4-d)
e)  Authorize publishing legal notice for Engineering Federal Aid Secondary Road System (Exhibit 4-e)
f)   Authorize publishing C.D.B.G. Combined Notice – Notice of  no Significant Impact and Request for Release of  Funds (Exhibit 4-f)
Police Dept.:
g)  Authorize employment of Alfred Ray Parker, Police Officer, annual salary $31,000.00, effective June 13, 2007, pending successful completion of all pre-employment requirements (Exhibit 4-g)
h)  Approve membership of Brad Lynn into Police Reserves and attend  Police Reserve Academy (Exhibit 4-h)
