MAYOR AND BOARD OF ALDERMEN
CITY OF OCEAN SPRINGS
SPECIAL CALL MEETING MAY 25, 2006
Be it remembered that the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Ocean Springs met in a Special Call Meeting at the Civic Center in the City of Ocean Springs at 6:15 p.m. on May 25, 2006. Mayor Moran presiding, Aldermen Gill, McDonnell, Lloyd, Denyer and Hagan were present. Also present was City Clerk Adrienne Howell. Aldermen Weaver, Dalgo and City Attorney John Edwards were absent.
Mayor Moran called the meeting to order.
The Special Call Meeting is for the purpose of any and all matters pertaining to temporary dedication of land for public parking.
Motion was made by Alderman Lloyd, seconded by Alderman Hagan and unanimously carried to accept the Temporary Dedication of Land for Public Parking as attached (Exhibit 1) and to provide sun up to sun down Police presence.
The City will provide barricades, yellow lines and proper markings for vehicle, boat and trailer parking.
Motion was made by Alderman Lloyd, seconded by Alderman Hagan and unanimously carried to adjourn the special call meeting.
