c) Authorize Appointment to the Selection Committee for Advertised Request for Proposals: Professional Services related to the 2% Levy funded Recreation Master Plan (Exhibit 5-c)
d) Authorize Mayor to Execute Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Ocean Springs and property owners regarding utility easements (Exhibit 5-d)
