b) Authorize contracting with Cowart Architects to prepare bid specifications packages for approximately $450,000 in renovations and improvements to the Ocean Springs Community Center, in accordance with regulations and procedures with grants obtained by the Save America’s Treasures and MS Department of Archives and History. (Cowart Architects will subcontract for technical assistance from Museum Architect Gregory Free as recommended by the Walter Anderson Museum of Art.) (Exhibit 9-b)
