j) Accept resignation of Dispatcher Marsha Bilbo effective April 24, 2008, and authorize beginning the process to fill the vacancy (Exhibit 6-j)
k) Authorize promotion of Patrolmen James Billingsley, Steve Futral, Calvin Robertson and Bryan Wallace to Sergeants, annual salary of $35,500.00, with 6-months probation (Exhibit 6-k)
