a)       Adopt Resolution of the City of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, to Temporarily Allow Consumption of Beverages on Public Property for the Duration of Cruisin’ the Coast 2011 and authorize the Mayor to execute same (Exhibit 8-a)

b)       Adopt Resolution to Donate Land to the Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce, a Bona Fide Non-Profit Civic Corporation and authorize Mayor to execute same (Exhibit 8-b)

c)        Authorize the Mayor to execute the Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Ocean Springs and Le Cheval (Exhibit 8-c)

d)       Authorize the Mayor to execute the Temporary Dedication of Land for Public Purposes at 1019 Desoto Avenue during the Cruisin’ the Coast event (Exhibit 8-d)

e)        Authorize the Mayor to execute the Professional Services Agreement between the City of Ocean Springs and August Taconi Productions to create a documentary video and photographic record of the Community Center project, pending legal and final MDAH approval (Exhibit 8-e)

f)        Authorize to advertise the DEQ/CDBG Water/Sewer Expansion Project-Approved Additional Activity, pending official authorization from DEQ (Exhibit 8-f)

g)        Authorize to enroll an addition assessment amount for a total of $14,874.00 on the property at 8720 Old CCC Camp Road (Exhibit 8-g)

h)       Authorize to advertise for Environmental Consultant for Land Acquisition and Clearing for the Protection of Storm Water Outfalls (Magnolia and Front Beach) (Exhibit 8-h)
